You’ll take pride in going the extra mile to keep the store clean, tidy, and organized, working closely with your retail colleagues and making sure that every customer receives the service they deserve.

With the right structured training, you’ll be championed to thrive and succeed—with excellent pathways to progress into specialist roles like Freshness, Non-Food, or Bakery Specialists.

What You'll Do

• Be a Retail Expert: Help customers with their questions, queries, and requests.

• Keep Things Moving: Efficiently manage and work deliveries as they arrive in-store.

• Deliver Excellence: Passionately provide top-tier customer service on the shop floor and tills.

• Support Store Operations: Proactively keep the bakery topped up with fresh goods and expertly merchandise the middle aisles of Non-Food products.
