Location: Boston (Home to a team of around 400 colleagues producing ready-to-eat salads, prepared vegetables, and snacks for major retailers like Co-op, Boots, Greggs, Costco, Spar, and BOL)
Pay Rate: Up to £15.08 per hour
Job Type: Permanent - Full-Time
Shift Pattern: 3/2/2 Continental Shift, 06:00 – 18:00 (Days)

As a supportive bridge staffing agency, we are proud to partner with Greencore (following their combination with Bakkavor) to find dedicated operational and supervisory talent. Greencore is one of the UK’s leading convenience food creators, employing over 28,000 colleagues across 36 manufacturing sites and 21 distribution depots.
At their Boston facility, we are currently seeking an organized and proactive Line Coordinator to supervise day-to-day production line activities, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality output in line with production plans.
Key Responsibilities
Supervision & Deployment: Coordinate staff deployment and manage team performance, attendance, and timekeeping to meet production targets and KPIs.
Quality & Compliance: Ensure all team members follow strict health, safety, hygiene, and food safety procedures, while monitoring product quality and executing line start-up checks.
Communication & Administration: Complete accurate production paperwork and system entries, while communicating effectively with engineering, technical, and warehouse teams to resolve issues.
What We Are Looking For
Experience: Proven supervisory experience and the ability to maintain and lead a team within a manufacturing environment. Food or wider FMCG manufacturing experience is highly desirable.
Skills: A good level of English and maths, a basic understanding of health & safety and food hygiene, and the ability to work independently.
