Partnering with Barchester Healthcare, Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is seeking an experienced and dedicated Bank Registered Nurse (RGN) to join the team at Southerndown Care Home on a casual, flexible basis.
In this role, you will provide essential cover as and when needed (such as for annual or sick leave), looking after the physical, psychological, and social needs of residents to deliver the exceptional care they deserve.
Pay Rate: £22.90 per hour
Hours: Bank / As and when required (Flexible casual role)
Shifts: Days or Nights available
Closing Date: 5 September 2026
Key Responsibilities
Look after the physical, psychological, and social needs of residents in a safe and supportive environment.
Use expert professional judgement to make critical clinical decisions.
Develop tailored care plans, conduct detailed risk assessments, and administer medications safely.
Maintain compliance with key regulatory frameworks, including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines.
What We Are Looking For
Current NMC Registration (RGN) with up-to-date knowledge of clinical practices.
Proven experience in producing comprehensive care plans and detailed risk assessments.
A dedicated, compassionate, and person-centred approach to nursing.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work with total professional autonomy.
