As a Bank Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) at Lawton Rise Care Home, you will provide vital cover—such as for annual leave or sick leave—while looking after the physical, psychological, and social needs of our residents. You will create a safe and supportive environment for individuals with a range of physical and mental health needs, making critical clinical decisions, developing tailored care plans, and administering medication safely. Key Responsibilities
Clinical Excellence: Oversee the physical, psychological, and social well-being of residents, making sound professional judgements and critical clinical decisions.
Care Planning: Develop comprehensive care plans and detailed risk assessments tailored to individual needs.
Medication & Compliance: Administer medication safely and maintain full compliance with regulatory frameworks, including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines.
Flexibility: Work varied bank shifts (Days or Nights) to suit your lifestyle and service requirements.
What We Are Looking For
Qualifications: Current NMC registration (RGN or RMN) with an active PIN.
Knowledge: Up-to-date knowledge of clinical practices, regulatory frameworks, and care standards.
Experience: Proven experience in producing detailed care plans and risk assessments.
Approach: Dedicated, compassionate, and committed to a person-centred, thoughtful approach to nursing.
