Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care while assessing, planning, and reviewing personalised care plans.

• Provide clinical guidance to care colleagues and ensure safe medication management and regulatory compliance.

• Monitor residents' wellbeing and maintain high standards of clinical practice and patient safety.

Requirements

• Valid NMC registration with previous experience in a clinical nursing environment.

• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and leadership skills.

• Compassionate approach with the ability to work confidently and make sound clinical decisions.
