Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to partner with Medequip Connect—a forward-thinking, nationwide leader in Technology Enabled Care (TEC)—to find a dedicated Emergency Responder (Bank Staff) to join their team in Cumbria.

About the Role
As an Emergency Responder / Driver Technician, you will play a crucial lifeline role in the community by providing reassurance, technical support, and rapid response to older, disabled, or vulnerable individuals.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond & Assist: Make prompt attendances to emergency alarm calls, assessing clients' care and support needs and facilitating appropriate assistance.
Equipment Support: Install and maintain alarm equipment at clients' premises, clearly explaining how the technology works to ensure their peace of mind.
Dignified Care: Undertake ‘last resort’ personal care when attending a call-out, ensuring the client's dignity and comfort are always maintained.
Community Engagement: Assist in promoting vital care technology services within local communities.
What We Are Looking For:
Empathetic Nature: A genuine passion for the welfare and independence of elderly and vulnerable adults.
Location: Based within Workington and the surrounding area.
Requirements: A full UK driving licence and access to an appropriately insured and taxed vehicle for business use.
Flexibility: A responsible, caring, and flexible approach to working on a bank staff/on-call basis.
Right to Work: Candidates must possess a valid, satisfactory right to work in the UK (Please note: This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship).
