Position: Contact Centre Sales Advisor
Location: Office-based at Willow House, Staines, Middlesex, TW18 3DZ
Salary: £28,450 per annum + £500 bonus paid upon completion of probation
Contract Type: Permanent | Full-Time (37.5 hours per week; shifts between 08:00 - 20:00, including one half-Saturday per month)

The Role
As a Contact Centre Sales Advisor, you will be the voice of Bupa for our customers, guiding existing members through policy renewal conversations and ensuring they secure the best possible healthcare coverage for themselves and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound calls from members in a fast-paced environment while adhering to regulatory requirements.
Take full ownership of customer queries, diagnosing their needs through effective questioning and managing them through to resolution.
Introduce tailored products and services to suit individual customer requirements.
Maintain accurate records on our customer database, documenting all conversations and actions taken.
Work with multiple systems while ensuring every customer receives a fantastic, supportive experience.
What We Are Looking For
Previous sales or contact centre experience is highly preferred.
Strong PC skills and the aptitude to quickly adapt to new software and internal systems.
Great interpersonal skills paired with a genuine passion for customer service and helping others.
The ability to influence, build rapport, and explain complex information in a simple, clear manner.
An enthusiastic, can-do attitude with a strong drive to achieve goals.
