Join the housekeeping team at The Bridge in Middlesbrough, where you will play an integral role in maintaining immaculate standards across wards, offices, bedrooms, and visitor spaces to support our residents' recovery journeys.

What You Will Be Doing

• Maintain pristine cleanliness and hygiene standards across all hospital areas, including wards, bedrooms, office spaces, and visitor areas.

• Work closely with the maintenance team to ensure all facilities are spotless and safe, upholding the hospital's security policies and procedures.

• Greet visitors professionally, maintain excellent telephone etiquette, and foster strong working relationships with staff, visitors, and service users.

• Take an active role in day-to-day housekeeping operations and attend all mandatory and statutory training sessions.

Key Skills & Qualifications

• Previous experience of cleaning within a similar clinical, care, or professional environment.

• Strong attention to detail, high standards of cleanliness, and a passion for delivering a job well done.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and resolve problems efficiently.

• A positive, approachable attitude and a commitment to helping create a warm, safe culture.

Where You Will Be Working

The Bridge in Middlesbrough (TS2 1SW) is a specialist inpatient neurological rehabilitation and complex care service. Operating as a "home from home," the service offers en-suite accommodation, spacious communal areas, and dedicated therapy spaces where truly person-centred care is delivered to support individuals with neurological illnesses and brain injuries.
