Pay Rate: Up to £16.84 per hour
Hours: 23.00 hours per week
Contract Type: Permanent
Shift: Nights
About the Role
As a Night Senior Carer, you will look after the different needs of residents during the night shift, delivering top-tier, person-centred care. Working alongside the Deputy General Manager, you will supervise and inspire a team of Care Assistants while supporting clinical functions such as medication management, assessments, care plans, and reviews.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise, inspire, and lead a dedicated team of night Care Assistants.
Support the clinical team in specialized areas like medication, care plans, and resident reviews.
Ensure a warm, safe, and comforting night-time environment that respects resident dignity.
About You
To join us as a Night Senior Carer, you will bring:
Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care.
Experience: Specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly and proven team-leadership abilities.
Attributes: Warm-hearted, compassionate, and eager to grow (with clear career pathways into Care Practitioners, Regional Carers, or nursing roles).
