About the Role
As a Team Leader (Food Services) at Asda Express Sutterton, you will take the lead in one of our popular branded outlets—such as Greggs, Subway, or Burger King. You’ll be hands-on in the operation, supporting your team to deliver fast, friendly, and high-quality service. You'll manage daily routines, support new starters, and ensure food safety and brand standards are consistently met while keeping your team confident, capable, and customer-focused.
