Contract Type: Permanent / Full-Time (Night Shifts: 19:45 PM – 08:00 AM)

Key Responsibilities
Manage, support, and guide a small team within the Care Services department, ensuring Avery processes and procedures are followed to the highest standards.
Promote and deliver high-quality, person-centred care, closely monitoring and reporting on residents' daily progress and observations.
Deal with any concerns or complaints raised by residents or relatives in a polite, prompt, and appropriate manner.
Provide ongoing support and reassurance for residents, their families, and the wider care team throughout the night.
Person Specification & Requirements
Qualifications & Experience: Must hold a minimum of NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent), a recognised Medication administration qualification and practical experience, alongside previous experience in a Senior Care role.
Core Skills & Qualities: Demonstrable ability in organising, leading, inspiring, and influencing a team, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional care.

Compliance: Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check required (cost met by Avery Healthcare) alongside proof of eligibility to work in the UK.
