Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to support specialized home-care placements, partnering to find exceptional care providers for individuals in the community. We are currently recruiting a dedicated Community Complex Support Worker to support a young male in Tunbridge Wells living with complex epilepsy and developmental delay.
The client is non-verbal and requires specialized clinical support. If you have a compassionate approach and want to make a genuine, positive impact while pursuing your career goals, this is the ideal role for you.
Specialist Clinical Care: Deliver expert care including enteral (PEG) feeding, medication administration, oral suctioning, and personal care.
Safe Handling & Mobility: Carry out safe hoisting and transfers to ensure client comfort and safety.
Epilepsy Monitoring: Closely observe, monitor, and document the client's health status, maintaining thorough records and following individual care plans written by nurse managers.
Engagement & Advocacy: Act as an advocate, working in the client's best interest while remaining calm, friendly, and engaging around his interests and hobbies.
To excel in this specialized agency placement, you will need:
Previous practical experience in a complex care environment (essential).
A calm, gentle, and confident disposition capable of providing reassuring, consistent support.
