Position: Van Driver - Morning Shift
Location: Worksop (Manton 110 site – a major picking depot employing over 200 colleagues, operating a fleet of over 60 vehicles serving major regional convenience retailers)
Pay Rate: £13.60 to £17.00 per hour (Plus an additional £1.15 per hour for hours worked between 03:00 and 06:00; overtime premium payable after 42 hours at time and a quarter)
Job Type: Permanent - Full-Time
Shift Pattern: Monday to Saturday with a rolling rest day (No Sunday work; start times between 03:00 and 06:00; routes run 8 to 12 hours long, averaging 20 to 30 drops per day)

As a supportive bridge staffing agency, we are proud to partner with Greencore (following their combination with Bakkavor) to find dedicated logistics and delivery talent. Greencore is one of the UK’s leading convenience food creators, employing over 28,000 colleagues across 36 manufacturing sites and 21 distribution depots.
Operating out of their busy Manton 110 depot in Worksop, we are currently seeking a customer-focused and reliable Van Driver for the morning shift to help keep Britain fed by delivering fresh stock daily across our nationwide network.
Key Responsibilities
Deliveries & Drops: Complete 20 to 30 multi-drop deliveries per shift in a professional, timely manner following planned routes.
Loading & Checking: Load and unload customer orders, ensuring all stock matches delivery notes accurately.
Safety & Compliance: Strictly adhere to health and safety regulations, driving laws, and wear required PPE at all times.
Vehicle Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness and tidiness inside the van and loading areas throughout your shift.
What We Are Looking For
Licence & Experience: Full UK driving licence held for at least 6 months with a maximum of 6 points. Previous van driving experience is preferred.
Core Skills: Fantastic people and customer service skills, a positive attitude, and reliability.
