Role Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic, compassionate, and motivated Care Assistant to join our team on a flexible bank contract. In this role, your passion for caregiving will shine as bright as the smiles you bring to our residents' faces, ensuring every day is a celebration of compassionate excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist residents with a high standard of clinical, social, and emotional care, recognizing and meeting their specific individual needs.
Support residents with a wide range of differing requirements, from friendly companionship to specialized personal care.
Collaborate closely with nurses and senior care assistants to monitor resident health, track changes, and report updates accurately.
Communicate effectively with residents' families, friends, and external healthcare professionals.
Key Requirements & Qualifications
A naturally caring disposition, great interpersonal skills, and a genuine enthusiasm for making a positive daily impact.
Flexibility to cover 12-hour bank shifts across both days and nights (8am–8pm / 8pm–8am).
