• Contract Type: Full Time (40-hour contract, various shifts between 08:00 - 18:30 covering any 5 days out of 7, flexibility required)

About the Role

Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to partner with Lidl to find consistent, proactive, and dedicated Warehouse Shift Leaders.

As a Shift Leader at Lidl, you will help run operations in our Regional Distribution Centre, leading by example and seeing the direct impact of your leadership at the end of every shift. From opening, running, and closing shifts to training new starters, you’ll have plenty of opportunities to get stuck in, keep your team positive and motivated, and drive exceptional teamwork.

Key Responsibilities

• Line manage a fantastic team, providing development, coaching, and training to help them succeed.

• Lead shifts for your area, taking full responsibility for colleague performance and direct reports.

• Work closely with other Shift Leaders across departments to ensure smooth and efficient RDC operations.

• Support your Department Manager with daily operations and personnel management.

• Motivate and support your team while championing Lidl's Company Values.

• Mentor colleagues and proactively promote efficient working methods while highlighting any areas for improvement.

• Efficiently perform general warehouse operative duties as needed, including moving stock, picking goods, and processing returns.

What You’ll Receive

• Competitive annual salary of £30,000 - £37,000.
