About the Role

We are currently recruiting a Selector (Days - Ambient) for the Neston Distribution Centre.

As part of a fun, close-knit warehouse team, you will work primarily in the Picking department. You are the engine room of store expansion—without the accurate work done by warehouse Selectors, store shelves across the region stay empty!

Detailed Key Responsibilities

• Voice-Guided Picking: Receive clear pick instructions through a headset system to gather ambient stock efficiently.

• Pallet Building: Carefully stack and build pallets securely, ensuring orders are perfectly prepared for transit to stores.

• Precision & Accuracy: Stay focused on essential details such as store numbers, product codes, and quantity checks.

• Documentation: Verify all order paperwork and inventory sheets to maintain high accuracy standards.

• Team Synergy: Work collaboratively with fellow team members to hit daily depot dispatch targets.

Candidate Profile & Requirements

• Sharp Focus: "On the ball" with strong attention to detail and zero-error mindset.

• Physical Readiness: Comfortable working in an active, dynamic ambient warehouse environment.

• Schedule Flexibility: Able to commit to a 6:00 AM start working 5 days across a 7-day week (including weekend rotas).
