In this role, you will assist residents with daily living, provide meaningful companionship, and ensure every resident receives the high-quality care, respect, and support they deserve.
Pay Rate: £13.21 per hour
Hours: 36.00 hours per week (Permanent full-time contract)
Shifts: Days
Closing Date: 1 September 2026
Key Responsibilities
Help residents enjoy each day by assisting with personal care, mobility, and daily living needs.
Support residents with their food and drink intake while following individualized care plans.
Provide meaningful companionship and dedicated one-to-one time during every shift, sharing great moments and memories.
Deliver a varied, rewarding, and person-centred approach to everyday care.
What We Are Looking For
Prior experience caring for older people.
Excellent communication skills paired with a positive, can-do approach.
Genuine empathy, a warm-hearted disposition, and a deep-seated passion for helping others.
