Indemnity: Evidence of valid medical indemnity insurance.
Experience: Proven experience in triage/telephone assessment and working within an urgent care setting (such as UTCs, GP OOH, ED, or pre-hospital care), including assessing and managing minor illnesses and injuries.
Skills & Attributes: Advanced clinical assessment skills (history taking and clinical examination), strong IT skills (SystmOne and MS Office), excellent communication, and the ability to work autonomously and prioritize effectively under pressure.
Desirable Criteria
Evidence of continuing professional development (CPD) and statutory/mandatory training.
Prior experience working or shadowing in urgent care services.
