Location: Hyacinth House Care Home, 179-181 Wimborne Road West, Wimborne, BH21 2DJ
Pay Rate: £14.81 per hour
Hours: Flexible / Casual (Bank contract)
Contract Type: Bank (As and when required to cover annual leave or sick leave)
Shift Pattern: Mixed (Days or Nights Available)
About the Role
This is a casual, part-time role offering ultimate working flexibility. As a Bank Care Assistant, you’ll help residents enjoy each day by making sure they get the quality care and support they deserve. You’ll assist with daily living, provide meaningful companionship, and share wonderful moments and memories. Every day will be varied and rewarding—ranging from supporting residents with food and drink and following personalized care plans to dedicating valuable one-to-one time to individuals.
About You
To join us as a Bank Care Assistant, you will need:
Some previous experience in caring for older people.
A positive, "can-do" approach and excellent communication skills.
Empathy, a warm-hearted disposition, and genuine compassion for delivering high standards of care.
