About the Role

Are you friendly, focused, and ready to make a real impact on the daily shopping experience? Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to partner with our national retail client to recruit a dedicated Customer Assistant - Scanning for their Carlisle store.

In this role, you will use in-store technology to conduct stock counts and gap scans, ensuring our shelves remain fully stocked and inventory systems are precisely up to date. Because you will also receive cross-training to support other areas—such as Market Street or Replenishment teams—this is an ideal opportunity for a versatile team player who loves variety and staying active.

Key Responsibilities

• Stock & Inventory Management: Utilize in-store tech to carry out detailed gap scans and stock counts to keep systems accurate.

• Shelf Availability: Play a vital hands-on role in ensuring customers can always find what they are looking for.

• Cross-Store Support: Assist across various departments like Market Street and Replenishment as business needs require.

• Customer Service: Approach every interaction with a helpful, friendly attitude, gladly resolving customer queries and putting shoppers first.
