Position: HGV Class 2 Driver Loader (Commercial & Industrial Waste)
Location: Poole, Dorset
Salary/Rate: £36,042.37 per annum (£15.35 per hour) + paid overtime opportunities
Contract Type: Permanent (Full-time, 45 hours per week, Monday – Friday, 04:00 AM – 13:45 PM, with working 1 in every 4 Saturdays and required Bank Holidays excluding Christmas/New Year)

Key Responsibilities
Driving & Operation: Safely drive and operate multiple truck types to collect industrial and commercial waste and recycling from customer sites.
Service Excellence: Deliver a high standard of professional customer service while working collaboratively as part of a hard-working, supportive team.
Safety & Compliance: Strictly adhere to all customer and company health and safety rules and regulations at all times.
Working Pattern & Flexibility: Contracted 45 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 04:00 AM starts), requiring flexibility to drive multiple trucks, work 1 in 4 Saturdays, and cover required Bank Holidays (excluding Christmas and New Year).

What We Are Looking For
Licence & Qualifications: A valid LGV Class 2 (Category C) licence and an in-date CPC card are essential.
Experience: Previous experience in the waste industry or working with recycling vehicles and roll-on-roll-off containers is desirable, but not essential as comprehensive training is provided.
Attitude & Skills: A passion for professional driving, good communication skills, a reliable work ethic, flexibility, and a positive, customer-focused attitude.
