Position Details
Location: Manor Care Home, Haydon Close, Taunton, Somerset, TA1 5HF
Pay Rate: £14.80 per hour
Contract Type: Bank (Casual, part-time flexible working to cover annual leave and sick leave as needed)
Shifts: Days or Nights Available
About the Role
As a Bank Care Assistant, you will help residents enjoy every single day by providing the exceptional care and support they deserve. Every day is varied and rewarding—from helping with daily living tasks and food/drink to providing one-to-one time and sharing wonderful moments and memories.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist residents with daily living needs, following personalized care plans.
Provide compassionate companionship and ensure residents feel valued and supported.
Deliver high standards of care across a wide variety of daily tasks.
About You
To join us as a Bank Care Assistant, you will bring:
Experience: Prior experience in caring for older people.
Communication: Excellent communication skills with a positive, can-do approach.
