About the Role
We are recruiting an experienced and compassionate Home Manager on a permanent full-time basis (37.5 hours per week) on behalf of Greenways in Bognor Regis, a warm and supportive home specializing in dementia care.
In this senior leadership role, you will hold overall responsibility for delivering high-quality, person-centred care, managing financial performance, regulatory compliance, and guiding a dedicated team to create an inclusive environment where residents live well and with dignity.
What You Will Need
Management Experience: 2–3 years of experience as a Home Manager or in a senior management role within a care setting.
Qualifications: A Level 4 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Adult Care (or equivalent), or a willingness to work towards it.
Leadership & Business Skills: Proven expertise in managing budgets, financial performance, staffing levels, and regulatory compliance.
Flexibility & Proximity: A flexible approach, including occasional travel or on-call duties. Ideally living within 15 miles of Bognor Regis (PO21 2UW) for a manageable commute.
