Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to partner with Co-op Legal Services to recruit a dedicated Wills and Estate Planning Paralegal to join their team.
In this role, you will help people plan for the future by managing your own caseload of estate planning cases remotely. You’ll pro-actively engage with clients, understand their needs, and draft wills, powers of attorney, and other complex documentation with precision and care.
Draft wills of various complexities, powers of attorney, and other estate planning documentation accurately and professionally.
Communicate with clients and external partners via phone and written correspondence throughout each case.
Manage an incoming caseload independently, achieving billing and productivity targets while meeting compliance and regulatory standards.
Accurately maintain client records and case correspondence on internal systems.
Build positive, supportive relationships, delivering outstanding customer service during important life moments.
Experience: Previous experience drafting wills, advising clients on estate planning matters, and taking client instructions.
Technical Skill: Proven experience handling a range of complexities, including more technically complex estate planning matters.
Case Management: Demonstrated success in managing varying caseloads and achieving productivity targets.
Client Focus: Excellent relationship-building skills with a passion for exceptional customer service and meticulous attention to detail.
Organisation: The ability to prioritize, multi-task, and manage your own caseload effectively in a remote working environment.
