Barchester is looking for a dedicated Food & Beverage Assistant to join the team at Kenwyn Care Home. In this vital role, you will help create a warm, welcoming, and enjoyable dining experience for residents, families, and visitors by ensuring every mealtime is positive, comfortable, and delivered to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities
Dining Experience: Serve delicious meals and refreshments, ensuring dining areas are clean, inviting, and comfortable.
Hospitality Support: Work closely with kitchen and hospitality teams to support day-to-day food and beverage delivery.
Kitchen Assistance: Assist with general kitchen duties while maintaining strict adherence to health, safety, and hygiene standards.
Customer Care: Bring a friendly, professional approach to make every resident and visitor feel special and well-cared for.
About You

Previous experience in a hospitality, catering, or customer service environment.
