Sales Executive - Contact Centre
Location: Bupa Place, Salford Quays, Manchester, M50 3SP (Hybrid working options available post-sign-off)
Salary: £26,550 basic salary + £500 on passing probation (OTE £33,100, with top performers earning over £35,000)
Contract Type: Permanent, Full-Time (37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday)

We are partnering with Bupa to find a dedicated Sales Executive for their contact centre team at Bupa Place in Salford Quays. In this engaging role, you will be the welcoming voice of Bupa, taking inbound calls from potential customers, understanding their needs, and helping them find the ideal healthcare cover to protect what matters most.
What You’ll Be Doing
Taking calls from potential customers, guiding them through Bupa's products, and helping them select the right healthcare cover.
Delivering exceptional customer service, building rapport, and having the confidence to upsell the benefits of good health and wellbeing.
Switching seamlessly between various digital systems to access and provide information quickly and accurately.
Maintaining high professional standards and strictly adhering to all regulatory requirements.
What We’re Looking For
Proven sales experience in a target-driven, customer-focused environment.
Great listening and communication skills, with a natural ability to respond with empathy and resilience.
Strong IT skills and the ability to navigate multiple systems quickly while thinking on your feet.
A genuine passion for hitting targets, earning commission, and delivering memorable customer experiences.
