Role Overview
Reporting to the Maintenance Engineering Supervisor, you will act as a key hands-on engineer focused on the overhaul, refurbishment, and ongoing maintenance of critical filling machinery components (such as filling valves, lift cylinders, and capping heads). Your precision work will ensure peak performance, hygiene compliance, and extended equipment lifespan, with all tasks tracked via the Prisma CMMS system.
Key Requirements:
Essential: Minimum of NVQ Level 3 in Engineering.
Proven background in planned and proactive maintenance within a manufacturing environment (FMCG or high-speed production experience is highly desirable).
Methodical, hands-on approach to fault-finding, repairs, and mechanical overhauls.
Familiarity with Lean & 5S manufacturing principles would be advantageous.
