What You Will Be Doing
Provide high-quality, effective, and compassionate nursing care to individuals with neurological illnesses, acquired brain injuries, and spinal cord injuries.
Take full responsibility for the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
Provide mentorship, guidance, and support to fellow team members to promote positive teamwork.
Observe, record, and report all changes in service user conditions, maintaining accurate, up-to-date clinical records.
Key Skills & Qualifications
A relevant nursing qualification (RMN, RNLD, or RGN).
Current, active registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
Strong team-working skills and the ability to collaborate in a busy, dynamic environment.
A high level of self-motivation with a flexible, positive, and naturally caring approach.
A strong commitment to high-quality care, core values, and evidence-based practice.
Where You Will Be Working
Adderley Green is a specialist inpatient neurological rehabilitation and complex care service in Stoke-on-Trent for adults over 18 with complex neurological conditions, acquired brain injuries, and spinal cord injuries. The facility features extensive resources and a full interdisciplinary team working together to deliver person-centred care, allowing residents to undergo structured reviews and work toward targeted, monitored recovery goals.
