Key Role Details
Location: Elgar Court Care Home, 35 St Andrews Road, Malvern, WR14 3PT
Pay Rate: Up to £14.31 per hour
Hours: 33.00 to 38.5 hours per week (Full-time contracts available)
Shifts: Days or Nights available
Contract Type: Permanent
About the Role
As a Care Assistant, you will help residents enjoy each day by ensuring they receive the quality care, support, and companionship they deserve. Every day will be varied and rewarding, with responsibilities including:
Assisting residents with daily living and personal care
Following personalized care plans and supporting nutritional needs
Providing meaningful one-to-one time, sharing stories, and creating great memories
About You
To thrive in this role, you will bring:
Prior experience caring for older people
A positive, "can-do" approach and excellent communication skills
Natural empathy, warmth, and a deep-seated compassion for helping others
