Location: Farnham Common House, Beaconsfield Road, Farnham Common, Slough, SL2 3HU

Pay Rate: £13.25 per hour

Contract Type: Permanent / Flexible Options Available (15 hours per week or 20 hours per week, both structured as 5 hours per day)

About the Role

Bridge Staffing Agency is excited to partner with Farnham Common House to help bring vibrant, joyful energy to their care community.

We are looking for a creative and passionate Activities Co-ordinator to design and deliver an engaging programme of events and entertainment. You will get to know our residents individually, helping them promote their independence, maintain active lifestyles, and create wonderful new memories.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience: Background in creating, organising, and delivering events/activities, or previous experience working with elderly people in a residential setting.

• Community Focus: Confident in engaging with the local community, families, and team members to bring people in and enhance the activities programme.

• Compassion & Enthusiasm: A warm, confident personality with a genuine dedication to enriching residents' lives through group and one-to-one interaction.
