Looking for a flexible night care role that fits right around your schedule? Partnering with Barchester Healthcare, Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Bank Night Care Assistant to join the team at Ross Court Care Home on a casual, flexible basis.
In this role, you will provide essential cover as and when needed (such as for annual or sick leave), helping residents through the night by delivering top-quality care, reassurance, and meaningful support.
Pay Rate: £14.24 per hour (Inclusive of 12.07% bank worker enhancement)
Hours: Bank / As and when required (Flexible casual role)
Shifts: Nights
Closing Date: 22 August 2026
Key Responsibilities
Assist residents with night-time routines, personal care, and mobility support.
Provide comfort, reassurance, and companionship through the night hours.
Follow tailored care plans and ensure every resident receives dedicated attention.
Maintain a secure, peaceful, and welcoming environment throughout the night shift.
What We Are Looking For
Prior experience caring for older people.
Excellent communication skills coupled with a proactive, can-do approach.
Genuine empathy, a warm-hearted disposition, and a true passion for helping others.
