About the Role

Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is excited to partner with Morrisons to recruit friendly, focused individuals for their Scanning team in Hinckley.

In this role, you will use in-store technology to carry out activities like stock counts and gap scans, playing a vital part in keeping shelves stocked and inventory systems up to date. It is detailed, hands-on work that makes a big impact on the overall customer shopping experience. You will also receive training to support other store departments like Market Street or Replenishment, making this a great opportunity for a versatile team player.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out stock counts, gap scans, and related tasks using in-store technology.

• Ensure stock systems are accurate to help customers always find what they are looking for.

• Work effectively in a busy, structured environment with clear operational processes.

• Provide flexible support across other store areas, such as Market Street or Replenishment, whenever needed.

• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace while following all store guidelines.
