Pay Rate: £15.81 per hour
Hours: Flexible / As and when needed (Bank / Casual contract)
Shifts: Days or Nights Available
About the Role
As a Bank Senior Care Assistant, you will provide cover as needed (such as for annual leave or sick leave) while supporting the clinical and care teams. Your key responsibilities will include:
Supervising, guiding, and inspiring a dedicated team of Care Assistants alongside the Deputy General Manager
Assisting the clinical team in specialized areas such as medication administration, assessments, care plans, and care reviews
Maintaining a warm, welcoming, and vibrant environment while respecting the dignity and preferences of every resident
About You
To join the team as a Bank Senior Care Assistant, you will need:
An NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care
Specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly
A warm-hearted, compassionate approach with strong motivational and people skills
A commitment to delivering individualized, high-quality care
