About the Role

Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to partner with a leading retail brand to recruit ambitious and driven Assistant Store Managers on a permanent basis across multiple locations (Gwynedd, Bangor, Holyhead, Llangefni, Porthmadog, and Pwllheli).

As an Assistant Store Manager, you will take a vital leadership role in supporting the Store Manager while inspiring your team to deliver outstanding customer service. Your daily responsibilities will include managing deliveries, handling customer queries, organizing shifts, and driving operational goals—preparing you to step up into full store management when needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service that goes beyond expectations.

• Drive employee engagement and support the store in meeting key targets and KPIs.

• Monitor product quality and manage stock rotation consistently to maintain freshness.

• Oversee till accuracy and manage cash efficiently.

• Ensure health & safety standards, due diligence, and compliance requirements are strictly met.

• Proven experience managing people in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

• Strong time management and operational efficiency skills.
