About the Role
As a supportive bridge staffing agency dedicated to connecting exceptional talent with market-leading brands, we are thrilled to partner with Morrisons—one of the UK's premier supermarkets—to recruit a friendly and reliable Customer Assistant - Replenishment for their Middlewich store.
Working on the shop floor in a fast-paced, structured environment with clear routines and timed activities, you will keep shelves fully stocked with fresh and ambient products so customers can always get what they need, when they need it. You will also cross-train to support other key areas of the store like Market Street or Customer Service, making this a fantastic role for a true team player.
Key Responsibilities:
Stock Replenishment: Keep shelves fully stocked with a wonderful range of fresh and ambient products in a structured, fast-paced environment.
Customer Support: Greet customers warmly, provide helpful service, and resolve queries to ensure a great shopping experience.
Team Flexibility: Train and support other parts of the store, such as the famous Market Street counters or Customer Service teams, wherever you are needed most.
