Role Description
Supportive Bridge Staffing & Recruitment is seeking an exceptional Home Manager on behalf of our client to lead Shawford Springs Care Home in Winchester. In this executive leadership role, you will hold full operational, financial, and clinical management responsibility for the care home, empowering multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, person-centred care while maintaining excellent regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
Manage complete daily, operational, and financial performance of the care home while ensuring strict CQC compliance and occupancy growth.
Lead, mentor, and inspire staff teams to cultivate a positive workplace culture focused on exceptional resident care.
Execute local marketing strategies and foster strong partnerships with healthcare professionals and the surrounding community.
Requirements
Proven track record in care home management, with demonstrated success leading CQC Good or Outstanding rated services.
Strong commercial acumen covering budget control, financial management, and effective home marketing.
Deep knowledge of safeguarding frameworks, regulatory guidelines, and person-centred care delivery.
