Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to partner with Lidl to source hard-working, focused, and reliable Warehouse Operatives for their night shift.

As a Lidl Warehouse Operative, you will ensure our stores receive the right stock precisely when they need it. From picking products via headset instructions to helping out with stock checks, you’ll roll up your sleeves and get the job done. Working independently through your orders, you'll play an essential role in getting our 2,000-plus products into the hands of happy customers—taking pride in knowing that without you, our shelves would be empty!

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a multitasker, carefully listening to picking instructions through your headset and carrying them out swiftly.

• Pack a variety of products, including meat, fruit, frozen, and chilled items (with premium payments of £1.50/hour when working in temperatures as low as -18°C).

• Ensure all deliveries are stacked perfectly and securely.

• Report any damaged items promptly to your manager.

• Independently work through your daily orders and targets.

What You’ll Receive

• Competitive hourly pay of £13.80 - £19.45 per hour (*includes max. rates for freezer and night-hour premiums).

• Shift enhancements: £2.00 per hour for bank holidays and £3.50 per hour for night shifts (23:00 - 05:00).
