As a Senior Care Assistant - Days, you will support the delivery of exceptional daily care, monitor residents' wellbeing, and assist with care planning to ensure every resident receives personalised support. You will also work closely with colleagues, residents, and families to maintain a safe, respectful, and welcoming environment.
Deliver high-quality personal care while supporting and guiding the care team during day shifts.
Monitor residents' health and wellbeing, updating care records and reporting any changes promptly.
Build positive relationships with residents, relatives, and healthcare professionals to ensure excellent standards of care.
Previous experience in a senior care or similar health and social care role.
NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or an equivalent qualification is desirable.
Strong communication, leadership, and organisational skills with a compassionate approach.
