In this role, you will help create a stimulating, life-affirming environment by designing imaginative, fun, and motivational activities tailored to every resident's unique interests, abilities, and wellbeing goals.
Pay Rate: £14.10 per hour
Hours: 40.00 hours per week (Permanent contract)
Shifts: Days
Requirements: Full UK driving licence required
Closing Date: 1 October 2026
Key Responsibilities
Get to know residents and their families to build tailored, engaging activity programmes.
Devise imaginative, fun, and motivational activities that promote independence, social engagement, and wellbeing.
Coordinate and lead events both inside the care home and out in the local community.
Inspire residents and staff alike with your infectious enthusiasm and creative approach to celebrating life.
What We Are Looking For
A warm, empathetic, and personable nature.
Strong organizational skills and a proactive, get-things-done mindset.
A full UK driving licence.
Note: While prior experience in a similar role is ideal, it is not essential—full training and development will be provided!
