In this role, you will deliver creative, flexible, and personalized learning through bespoke educational approaches tailored to each child's individual needs. Operating within a trauma-informed model, you will embed therapeutic and relational practice into your daily teaching. Key Requirements
Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Early Career Teacher (ECT/NQT) status.
Mobility: A full UK driving licence is essential for this role.
Compliance: Right to Work in the UK.
Skills & Attributes: Strong communication and IT skills, exceptional active listening, and the ability to build trusting, positive relationships with pupils, colleagues, and external professionals.
