Care Assistant (MND Specialist Support)
Location: Sittingbourne and Upchurch, Kent
Hours: Rotational pattern working 4 days on / 3 days off one week, and 3 days on / 4 days off the next (4 to 8 hours per day as required)
Contract Type: Permanent
Pay Rate: £156 per flat daily rate (paid in full regardless of whether you work 4 or 8 hours on a given day!)

We are currently recruiting a dedicated Care Assistant to support a gentleman living with Motor Neurone Disease (MND) in his lovely home in Sittingbourne, alongside his partner, child, and beloved dogs.

What You Will Do
Assist our client with everyday living, personal care, and moving and handling to help him maintain maximum independence.
Work in a close-knit rotational pattern with another carer (Week 1: 4 days on / 3 days off; Week 2: 3 days on / 4 days off).
Bring a positive, honest, and friendly energy to the home—someone who isn't afraid to own up to mistakes and is happy to join in with family activities like building Lego!
