Salary: £28,557.79 - £32,802.41 Per Annum (CGL points 23 to 28)

Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to partner with Change Grow Live (CGL) to recruit a dedicated, creative, and compassionate permanent Programmes Facilitator to join their drug and alcohol recovery team at HMP Humber in Brough.
In this rewarding custodial role, you will work closely with prison colleagues to support individuals in custody affected by substance dependence. Combining group work delivery with targeted one-to-one support, you will help service users build recovery capital, develop psychosocial interventions and pod working tailored to their needs, and support them toward long-term sustained recovery and social reintegration.
Group Work & Interventions: Develop and deliver group psychosocial interventions and tailored pod work sessions addressing drug and alcohol dependence.
Risk Assessments & Scheduling: Assess service user suitability for groups regarding risk and special needs, working closely with prison partners to coordinate attendance.
Creative Outreach: Adopt a creative and innovative approach to promote treatment access and encourage engagement across diverse and underrepresented cohorts.
Recovery Capital: Help service users build recovery capital, support long-term recovery, and foster successful social reintegration.
Experience & Knowledge: Strong recovery focus with practical knowledge of a range of psychosocial interventions and an understanding of substance misuse issues.
Core Competencies: Sensitivity in working with complex, diverse needs, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to information governance and safeguarding.
Clearances: Must be able to successfully obtain and maintain prison security clearance / HMP vetting, alongside completing an enhanced DBS check.
Requirements: Adaptable team player. Must hold the legal Right to Work in the UK.
Annual Leave: 25 days of annual leave plus bank holidays, increasing by 1 extra day for each year of service (capped at 30 days).
