Barchester is seeking a reliable and considerate Kitchen Assistant to join the team at Kenwyn Care Home. In this vital part-time role, you will help provide first-class food and hospitality, ensuring residents enjoy nutritious meals and a fulfilling, high-quality dining experience every single day.
Key Responsibilities
Food Preparation: Support the kitchen team in producing wholesome, nutritious meals that promote resident wellbeing.
Kitchen Standards: Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety during food preparation and service.
Resident Interaction: Go beyond the kitchen to engage with residents, enhance their dining experience, and build positive relationships.
Team Support: Work collaboratively with colleagues across the home to deliver seamless, exceptional all-round care.
