Pay Rate: £12.80 - £13.80 per hour
Shift Pattern: Day and night shifts available (12-hour shifts, working alternate weekends)

About the Role
Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is partnering with Bupa to recruit an experienced and dedicated Care Assistant for a permanent, full-time role at the highly rated Wingham Court Care Home in Esher.

Key Responsibilities:
Supporting residents with a wide range of differing requirements, from meaningful companionship to essential personal care.
Observing, managing, and documenting resident behaviors, ensuring any changes are reported accurately in line with required legislation.
Assisting with nutrition and hydration needs, encouraging and helping residents eat and drink according to their personalized care plans.
Providing vital physical and mental stimulation through engaging social and recreational activities, both in groups and on a 1-to-1 basis.
Maintaining accurate, compliant care documentation in line with regulatory and legal standards.
Requirements & Qualifications
Previous experience working in a care home environment or a recognized Health and Social Care qualification.
High motivation, a positive attitude, and outstanding interpersonal skills.
Excellent communication abilities with the confidence to work both independently and as part of a close-knit team.
