Supportive Bridge Staffing & Recruitment is currently recruiting on behalf of Supportive Bridge Limited for a dedicated and skilled Senior MSK Physiotherapist to join their team working across Taunton Hospital and fitness facilities in Taunton, UK.
In this role, you will deliver high-quality, evidence-based care to patients with musculoskeletal conditions and post-operative recovery needs. You will work within a multidisciplinary team alongside nurses, AHPs, and consultants, benefiting from flexible schedule options and strong clinical leadership support.
Role Description
As a Senior MSK Physiotherapist, you will manage a varied clinical caseload covering hospital and gym settings, ideally working midday through evening shifts on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays (22.5 hours per week). You will deliver individual assessments, personalized treatments, and rehabilitation plans while maintaining compliance with governance and quality assurance standards.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver evidence-based clinical care and rehabilitation programs for musculoskeletal conditions and post-operative cases.
Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team of consultants, nurses, and allied health professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
Maintain professional governance standards, participate in clinical audits, and engage in continuous treatment monitoring.
Requirements
BSc degree in Physiotherapy (or equivalent) with active Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) registration.
Demonstrable clinical reasoning and rehabilitation skills backed by ongoing Continuing Professional Development (CPD).
Excellent communication, organizational, and IT skills, with the ability to manage a varied caseload across clinical and gym environments.
