Location: Beckside Care Home, Middle Street, North Hykeham, Lincoln, LN6 9QX
Pay Rate: £13.62 per hour (plus higher weekend pay)
Contract Type: Bank / 0 Hours per week (Flexible shifts and hours to suit your lifestyle)
About the Role
As a Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency, we are proud to partner with this leading not-for-profit provider to find compassionate care assistants for Beckside Care Home in Lincoln.
Situated in a quiet residential area overlooking North Hykeham’s picturesque village green, Beckside offers first-class, compassionate residential, nursing, and respite care for 57 residents in homely and comfortable surroundings. Whether you are an experienced care professional or completely new to the sector, you will make a genuine, daily impact by supporting personal care, assisting with daily routines, and sharing laughs and meaningful companionship.
Key Responsibilities
Provide respectful, person-centred personal care (including washing, bathing, and toileting support).
Build meaningful, lasting relationships with residents to support their daily wellbeing and independence.
Bring kindness, exceptional care, and dignity to the home environment.
Communicate effectively as part of a collaborative, supportive team.

Experience: Open to both experienced carers and those new to care who bring diverse life experience and a caring heart.
