About the Role

At Supportive Bridge Staffing, we specialize in connecting enthusiastic talent with outstanding opportunities. We are currently recruiting a Store Assistant on behalf of Aldi for their Biggleswade store.

As a Store Assistant, you’ll be right at the heart of daily store operations! This is a varied, hands-on role where no two days are the same—you'll be helping customers, keeping shelves fully stocked, and operating tills in a welcoming, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Care: Deliver friendly, efficient customer service across the store.

• Merchandising & Stock: Replenish stock quickly, check product quality, and keep display standards high.

• Till Operations: Scan items accurately and efficiently at the checkout.

What We Are Looking For

• Positive Mindset: Friendly, approachable, and team-oriented (prior retail experience is helpful, but a positive attitude is what matters most!).

• Energy & Numeracy: Hardworking, active, and confident with numbers and basic cash/till handling.

• Reliability & Transport: Shifts can start as early as 6:00 AM or finish as late as 10:00 PM. Please ensure you have reliable transport to get to the store for these times before applying.
