As a Maintenance Assistant at Oak Grange Care Home, you will undertake a wide variety of tasks to ensure our building and grounds are kept in pristine condition all day, every day. By making sure our home always gives the right first impression, your work plays an essential role in supporting a high standard of living and care for our residents.
Key Responsibilities
Property Upkeep: Carry out routine maintenance, repairs, and general property upkeep across the care home.
Grounds & Facilities: Ensure both indoor and outdoor areas are safe, well-maintained, and presentable at all times.
Safety & Compliance: Help maintain secure, welcoming, and hazard-free environments for residents, staff, and visitors.
What We Are Looking For
Experience: Some prior experience in property maintenance.
Personality: A patient, caring nature and a genuine, friendly interest in our residents.
Approach: Reliable, adaptable, and ready to turn your hand to a range of tasks with a strong eye for detail. Full training and development will be provided!
