Schedule: Permanent, Part-Time/Full-Time (36.75 Hours per week; shifts spanning Monday to Friday 09:00 - 19:00, Saturday 09:00 - 18:00, and Sunday 10:00 - 16:00)

About the Role
As a supportive bridge staffing agency, we are thrilled to partner with Morrisons to recruit an experienced Pharmacy Dispensing Assistant for their in-store pharmacy team in Nantwich. In this patient-focused role, you will deliver a friendly, confidential, and attentive service while managing prescriptions, supporting over-the-counter (OTC) sales, and helping customers look after their health inside and out.
Key Responsibilities
Dispensing & Handout: Label and dispense Prescription Only Medicines (POMs) accurately and ensure safe prescription handovers following strict pharmacy procedures.
Patient Care: Provide a warm, confidential, and attentive service, assisting with query resolutions and patient support.
Stock & OTC Management: Support and help manage Over-The-Counter (OTC) sales, stock replenishment, and pharmacy key performance indicators (KPIs).
Safety Compliance: Maintain high standards of accuracy, reporting any dispensing errors or near misses proactively.
What We Are Looking For
Qualifications: Completed an approved Pharmacy Assistant training course (e.g., NPA Interact) and an approved Pharmacy Dispensing Assistant course (e.g., NPA DAC - 1 year course).
Personality: Naturally helpful, friendly, and compassionate, with a genuine commitment to going above and beyond for patients.
Work Approach: Able to use initiative for customer query resolutions and comfortable working scheduled shifts and weekends.
Age Requirement: Must be over the school leaver’s age.
