Role Description

As a Theatre Practitioner, you will lead and deliver clinical care management within the operating theatre while adhering to evidence-based guidelines and national regulatory standards. By working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, you will foster a safe, empathetic environment where dignity, respect, and high clinical standards remain top priorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver and lead perioperative care management, prioritizing patient safety and compliance with clinical governance guidelines.

• Maintain a secure and compliant surgical environment for patients, staff, and visitors in line with national standards.

• Collaborate closely with clinicians and surgical teams to enhance service delivery and optimize patient outcomes.

Requirements

• Active professional registration with the HCPC or NMC and relevant perioperative qualifications.

• Demonstrable post-registration experience within an operating theatre setting.

• Excellent clinical judgment, keen attention to detail, and strong collaborative communication skills.
