As a Theatre Practitioner, you will lead and deliver clinical care management within the operating theatre while adhering to evidence-based guidelines and national regulatory standards. By working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, you will foster a safe, empathetic environment where dignity, respect, and high clinical standards remain top priorities.
Deliver and lead perioperative care management, prioritizing patient safety and compliance with clinical governance guidelines.
Maintain a secure and compliant surgical environment for patients, staff, and visitors in line with national standards.
Collaborate closely with clinicians and surgical teams to enhance service delivery and optimize patient outcomes.
Active professional registration with the HCPC or NMC and relevant perioperative qualifications.
Demonstrable post-registration experience within an operating theatre setting.
Excellent clinical judgment, keen attention to detail, and strong collaborative communication skills.
